I would like to retire gradually
Through gradual retirement, you can receive part of your basic and supplementary retirement pensions while continuing to work part-time.
This means that you can cut back on your working hours while continuing to contribute towards your full retirement: when you decide to fully retire, your pension will be recalculated to take account of these contributions.
Most of France’s pension schemes offer a gradual retirement program with the following eligibility criteria:

You must be at least 60 years old,

You must have accrued at least 150 quarters of insurance under all of the basic schemes combined,

And have a part-time job.
